We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Our gear is designed for a performance fit; if you prefer a looser feel, we recommend sizing up.
What is your return policy for performance gear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, padded shorts must be tried on over undergarments.
How long does shipping take for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your gear before your next big race.
How should I care for my technical cycling fabrics?
To maintain the integrity of the moisture-wicking fibers, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach.
Do you offer a warranty on your equipment?
Yes, all Cycology products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from crashes.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
